Emaar Beachfront is an exclusive development by Emaar Properties, who is one of the largest developers in the Emirates. The vast project is situated on the territory of Dubai Marina, but it is an independent luxurious residential community.     • The International School of Choueifat is an international English language day school and teaches 1-12 classes. The school is situated along Hessa Street Al Sufouh 2.

    Students can enroll in many different universities in Dubai Knowledge Park, which is a 25 minute drive away.

    As for medical services, the nearest hospitals are Marina Medical Center, Dubai Marina Clinics, Emirates Hospital Clinic and Le Royal Meridien Clinic, which are all located in Dubai Marina, about a 10 minute drive away from Emaar Beachfront.
